The 9th annual March Fourth 5K is on Sunday March 1st, 2026 on the corner of Brookside Dr. and Glen Ave. in Millburn, NJ! There is still time to sign up and donate so be sure to tell your friends and family! We are accepting sign ups online until late on Saturday night, but on-site registration is available day-of on Sunday. To get to the event, you may enter the Millburn Public Library into your GPS (the library is right down the street from the race location and we will have signs posted so you know where to go).
SURVIVORS AND PATIENTS
You will receive a survivor bracelet at the SWAG table. Before the event kicks off, we will call you for a photo by the March Fourth arch!
IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE TIMED 5K
The 5K starts at 9:00 AM. Please do not bring your dog for this part! We ask that you arrive around 8:15 to check in for the 5K. You will receive an official bib upon check-in and your timed results should appear on your phone after the race! The top 3 male and female finishers will receive trophies and the top finishers will receive a “free sandwich” token from the Millburn Deli! Please line up at the start line so you are ahead of the untimed runners.
IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE UNTIMED 5K
The 5K starts at 9:00 AM. Please do not bring your dog for this part! We ask that you arrive around 8:30 to check in for the 5K. You may absolutely walk the 5K if you want to! There is no official clock for this race, but feel free to time yourself! We will have additional bibs available to purchase at the event if you decide you would like your run officially timed. Please line up behind the timed runners before the race begins.
IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE DOG WALK
The Dog Walk starts at 10:00. Please do not come at 9:00. We ask that there be no dogs for that part. You may run/walk whatever distance you want. The 5K course will still be set up but if you would like to shorten it, you may. Also, you do not have to be there right at 10:00 for the dog walk. As long as you are finished walking by 12 PM you can come anytime after 10. We are expecting around 100 dogs to come throughout the time slot.

Be sure to join us as we lead a group dynamic stretching session prior to the start of the race – the best way to treat an injury is to prevent it from happening altogether.
Ask us about our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program offering as well.
