The fourth annual March Fourth 5K will take place on Sunday March 7th, 2021 on Brookside Dr. Millburn, NJ.

The event will take place virtually and in-person and registration for the run will be FREE this year but we welcome any and all donations!

If you would like to see the virtual race results click here!

In order to make the in person run possible there are a number of restrictions. As many of you know Brookside Drive is closed on Sundays all morning. So in order to allow for as many of you who want to participate live to do so we are going to spread the event out all morning from 8-12.

All participants will have a staggered start time (every 30 minutes) and will be in groups of 25 or less. All participants will be emailed their start time and we ask you to please be on time. If you show up at the wrong time we will ask you to wait in your car.

There will be a temperature check at the start line and hand sanitizer at the start/finish. There are no spectators allowed on the course.

You are required to wear a mask in the start line area, but as you distance yourself from the group you may pull it down if necessary. Please refrain from lingering at the start/finish line (same place). When you finish your race you should head back to your car where your swag and a water bottle will be waiting for you (at the entrance to the library parking lot)!

Please fill out this survey to let us know if you plan to be there in-person on Sunday, March 7th. Please fill it out for every participant that you registered under your email.

From March 1st to March 6th we will be sending out daily '45' themed challenges! Check your social media (facebook and instagram) every day to see the challenge, post a video/picture of yourself completing the challenge, tag us (@marchfourthforjoanna), and nominate a friend! If you complete the challenge you will be entered into a giveaway to win prizes such as Millburn Deli and Dunkin' gift cards!

The theme of this years event will be 45- in light of the new change in the recommended screening age being lowered from 50 to 45. If you are 45 years old and have not been screened yet, you are younger and have a history of colon cancer, or you have any symptoms, please get screened!

Last year we had over 500 people attend and raised over $70,000 for colorectal cancer prevention and this year we hope to crush those numbers.

To date, we have raised over $140,000!!

Our donations benefit the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, the largest colon cancer association worldwide. The March Fourth Foundation is a branch of the CCA and we work towards colorectal cancer awareness and prevention.
